• Game packs are a one-time purchase. A pack opens more to play in one of our games on your account, on every device where you sign in. No subscription.

Playing

You can play every game for free. Please play fair: no automated play, and no names that insult or impersonate anyone. We may remove a name or a score that breaks these rules, or block a player who keeps breaking them.

Your rounds and drawings are what the games and their maps are made of. By playing, you let us keep them and use them, without your name, in the games, the maps, their statistics and pictures of them.

Game packs

What you get. A pack opens more to play in one of our games (places, rounds or maps), as its page describes. It belongs to your Habibi Code account: sign in on any device and it is there. If you host a game with friends on a pack you own, they can play it in that game without buying it.

Price and payment. The price is shown before you pay, in US dollars, plus tax where it applies (added at checkout). You pay once; there is no subscription. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record: they sell you the pack on our behalf, take the payment, handle tax and send your receipt. Dodo’s buyer terms apply to the payment.

Bundles. A bundle gives you, at a lower price, the packs of a category that are on sale on the day you buy it and that your account does not own yet. Packs added to that category after that day are not part of your bundle: you buy them on their own.

For you. A pack is for your own use on your account. You cannot transfer or resell it.

Changes to a pack. We may correct a place or a round, fix a mistake or add places or rounds to a pack you own, at no extra cost. We will not take a pack away from your account, except as described under refunds and deleting your account.

Refunds

A pack opens on your account as soon as you have paid. The button you press to buy it says that it unlocks at once and cannot be cancelled afterwards: pressing it, you ask for the pack at once and confirm that you then lose the 14-day right to cancel that the law of the EU, the UK and some other countries gives for online purchases. So a pack is not refunded because you changed your mind.

If a pack does not work as described here, write to enquiries@habibicode.org with your receipt and we will fix it or refund it. A refund takes the pack, or every pack of the bundle, off your account. Nothing here limits the rights the law of your country gives you.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from your profile. Your packs go with it and cannot be brought back, and are not refunded.

If something goes wrong

We work to keep the site running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. If we ever close a game or stop offering its packs, we will say so on the site at least 30 days before, and refund any pack bought in the 30 days before we say so.

As far as the law allows, our responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, the date at the top changes. A purchase is governed by the terms in force on the day you made it.

Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, and the courts of Geneva decide disputes. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protections of the law of your country.
